Position: Health Tourism Sales Consultant

We are looking for Team Members who speak English fluently (speaking, reading and writing) ,will work as a Health Tourism Sales Consultant.with a SALARY 16,000 TL +COMISSION.

JOB DESCRIPTION;

· Establish the first contact with international patients,

· Informing patients about all the procedures to be performed, ensuring the necessary trust and appropriate guidance, and ensuring the sale is carried out,

· Manage communication between doctors and patients effectively.

· Follow international patient processes to ensure patient satisfaction.

· Respond to patient requests by coordinating with relevant departments.

· Solve patient problems in a solution-oriented manner to ensure patient satisfaction.

· Ensure post-operative follow-up of patients and maintain continuous communication.

*Qualifications required:*

– Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

– Strong human relations and communication skills.

– Mastery of MS Office software.

– Ability to sell effectively over the phone and face to face.

– Ability to work as a team.

– Ability to work in a focused manner in a dynamic environment.

– Excellent problem-solving skills.

– Openness to development, with an analytical, planned, pragmatic approach, oriented towards solutions and results.

– Experience in organization, planning and reporting.
